Key Challenge
Situation
We faced a tight timeline with a large volume of deliverables.
Task
I am tasked to create a plan to allow our client to efficiently review all deliverables to save time and keep the project on track.
Action
With an agile approach, I worked with the Art Director to create custom tracking tools that allowed our client to review the deliverables in batches and our team to work in parallel.
Result
As a result, we managed all change requests seamlessly and delivered all assets on time, demonstrating our effective project management and agility as a creative team.

Key Actions
-
I set up the project in ClickUp with a Kanban board view. This approach provided clear visibility of progress and allowed me to effectively support the team and address any issues promptly.
-
Leveraging lessons learned from previous projects, I identified time-consuming areas to address early, preventing last-minute rushes.
-
I collaborated with the client to group tasks by priority, ensuring a structured and manageable review process.
-
I assigned multiple team members to work in parallel, optimizing timelines while closely managing team capacity to prevent conflicts and ensure efficient workload distribution.
-
I employed a custom tracking system, working with the Art Director to design a spreadsheet in addition to using ClickUp. This facilitated organized reviews and streamlined both internal and client approvals.
