My Contribution

Managed the project from start to finish, including defining requirements, developing timelines, and maintaining continuous communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the process.

Developed project scope and estimates based on client requirements.

Monitored and adjusted the project to prevent scope creep, reallocating resources as needed to address changes.

Captured and reviewed client feedback during calls and formal sessions, ensuring effective communication with the design team.

And again wow we are all blown away by the creativity and design everyone came up with. Thank you so much.

Key Challenge

Situation

As the project progressed, the scope expanded from Logo and Visual Identity to include Menu design, Merchandise, and Marketing Assets.

Task

My responsibility was to manage these evolving requirements while ensuring timely delivery, client satisfaction, project profitability and balancing our team’s capacity .

Action

I capture all changing requirements accurately, provided detailed estimates for the additional work, and secured client approval before proceeding with each new component.

Result

By effectively managing scope changes and ensuring clear communication, I delivered all project elements to the client's satisfaction, resulting in a successful branding launch for the restaurant.

Key Actions

  • As the project progressed, our client expressed the need to expand the scope. I collaborated with our Art Director to create a list of recommended deliverables, helping the client clarify their needs and make informed decisions.

  • I captured and documented all changes our client made via emails, phone calls, and in formal feedback sessions.

  • By collaborating closely with Art Directors and team members, I ensured the project had the necessary resources and adjustments were made to accommodate scope changes and shifting timelines effectively, all while maintaining seamless progress on other projects.

  • I promptly and effectively communicated client feedback to our team, ensuring all parties remained aligned on changes and objectives.

  • To meet the client's request for deliverables in batches for distribution to various vendors, I adopted an agile approach by coordinating with our team to deliver project components incrementally. This flexibility allowed us to accommodate the client's needs efficiently while maintaining alignment with project goals.
